  1. IN THIS AGREEMENT THE FOLLOWING TERMS WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING MEANINGS

    "ACCOUNT" MEANS COLLECTIVELY THE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CREDENTIALS USED BY USERS TO ACCESS CREDITS, VIRTUAL ITEMS/SERVICES AND / OR ANY COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS ON THIS WEBSITE.

    "LICENCE" MEANS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF CREDITS, VIRTUAL ITEMS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE.

    "VIRTUAL ITEMS" MEANS, IN-GAME VIRTUAL ITEMS THAT "F403" DELIVERS THROUGH USE OF THE WEBSITE STORE IN EXCHANGE OF CREDITS.

    "SERVICE" MEANS COLLECTIVELY ANY ONLINE FACILITIES, TOOLS, SERVICES OR INFORMATION THAT "F403" MAKES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE EITHER NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.

    "PAYMENT INFORMATION" MEANS ANY DETAILS REQUIRED FOR THE PURCHASE OF CREDITS FROM THIS WEBSITE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, NAMES, ADDRESSES, CREDIT / DEBIT CARD NUMBERS, BANK ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND SORT CODES.

    "USER" / "USERS" MEANS ANY THIRD PARTY THAT ACCESSES THE WEBSITE AND IS NOT EMPLOYED BY "F403" AND ACTING IN THE COURSE OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT.

    "WEBSITE" MEANS THE WEBSITE THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING HTTPS://F403.ORG AND ANY SUB-DOMAINS OF THIS SITE (E.G. SUBDOMAIN MU.F403.ORG) UNLESS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED BY THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  2. "F403" AIMS TO ALWAYS PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY VIRTUAL ITEMS/SERVICES (OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE FOR CREDITS) THAT IS FAULT FREE. FAULTS INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO DATA CORRUPTION.
  3. WE DO OFFER VIRTUAL GOODS (CREDITS) IN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR DONATIONS, SO ANY DONATION IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE DECIDE SO (BASED ON SPECIAL CASES / EXCEPTIONS).

    THIS REFUND POLICY COVERS ONLY FAULTS THAT IMPAIR THE USE OF THE CREDITS.

    THIS REFUND POLICY DOES NOT COVER USE DIFFICULTIES ARISING OUT OF ISSUES SUCH AS FILE INCOMPATIBILITY OR MINOR MISTAKES IN VIRTUAL ITEMS/SERVICES ITSELF SUCH AS SPELLING ERRORS OR GRAPHICAL FAULTS THAT DO NOT RESULT FROM DATA CORRUPTION.

    CREDITS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED BACK INTO A CURRENCY. PURCHASES OF CREDITS PACKAGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

    IF A PURCHASED PACKAGE OF CREDITS IS NOT EXCHANGED INTO THE VIRTUAL ITEMS/SERVICES DURING 3 CALENDAR DAYS, IT THEN IS NO LONGER VALID AND CANNOT BE A SUBJECT OF REFUND. REFUND REQUESTS OF CREDITS PURCHASES WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS ARE AT THE EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION OF "F403" MANAGEMENT. IF A VIRTUAL ITEM/SERVICE WAS GIVEN TO A USER ON TERMS OF BONUS, GIFT OR PROMOTION THEN IT CANNOT BE A SUBJECT OF REFUND INTO CREDITS.

    IF A VIRTUAL ITEM/SERVICE CONTAINS FAULTS ON RECEIVING, YOU SHOULD INFORM "F403" IMMEDIATELY AND MUST INFORM US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDITS BACK EQUAL TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE RELEVANT VIRTUAL ITEM/SERVICE. ANY NOTIFICATION RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME PERIOD IS AT THE EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION OF "F403" MANAGEMENT.

    ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES OF CREDITS OCCURRED AS A RESULT OF TECHNICAL FAULT IN THE PAYMENT SYSTEM YOU PAID THROUGH MUST BE DISPUTED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PAYMENT PROCESSOR. "F403" IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL FAULTS ARISING AT PAYMENT PROCESSORS. "F403" IS NOT IN CHARGE OF HANDLING CREDIT/DEBIT AND BANK TRANSACTIONS UNDERTAKEN TO PURCHASE CREDITS.

    WHEN ANY REFUND IS ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, "F403" RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE RESPECTIVE ACCOUNT WITH THE WEBSITE.
